Emergency Room Visit #1

On Saturday, Joshua was staying at Grandma's house and playing outside. He was pushing his swing and it came back and hit him in the eye. He was complaining of pain in his eye, so off to the emergency room. They found three cornial abrasions. After a follow-up with a doctor I didn't like (and opinion I didn't care for), I consulted with Joshua's eye doctor. He confirmed the first treatment plan and we are continuing with the original treatment from the ER doctor. Why is it that some people think they can call themselves doctors??? And why is it that so many people don't go for a third opinion if the first two totally contradict one another? Questions that I have asked myself over the last few days.

Anyway, Joshua is fine and there is no permanent damage to his eye! Thanks grandma for acting so quickly!!
